With offices in India, UK, and USA , System Plus Transformations uses near shore and offshore delivery models to serve their customers. They offer a wide array of technology solutions and services to corporations and public sector customers in fields like Application Development & Maintenance, Bi & Analytics, Enterprise Mobility, Cloud Services and more.
System Plus Transformations were looking to expand their team in India and had about 25 developer and consultant roles to fill in. They required a mix of experienced and entry-level candidates for these roles. In addition, they also wanted to hire quality candidates for niche roles like Data Scientist and MangoDB. System Plus Transformations received a lot of applications for the job roles but the major hindrance was the quantification of skills. Due to the lack of a skill evaluation method, interviewing each and every candidate was cumbersome and consumed a lot of time of their hiring managers.
Similarly for entry-level hiring, System Plus Transformations did not want to engage their resources in visiting campuses and educational institutions nor did they want an influx of candidates in their office for interviews. Apart from these, there was a shortage of resources for evaluating technical skills for niche job roles like Data Scientist and MangoDB.
Taking all these into consideration, System Plus Transformations, needed an automated skills evaluating tool that would help them quantify candidates’ skills in the shortest possible time. Their HR team wanted the Hiring Managers to invest time only in quality candidates.

Since Mocha had pre-built assessments with the latest skills, it was easier to create assessments for the respective job roles and evaluate candidates on the basis of their scores. For entry-level hiring the biggest gain was that they could hire the best minds from premier institutes without engaging their resources in campus drives which are tedious and tiring. Their HR team simply sent the assessment links to the candidates and those who performed well were called over for interview at their office. Image proctoring and window violation feature ensured that the assessments were attempted in a fair manner.
