“We realized that to acquire quality talent, our recruitment process was in dire need of automation. Too many of our technical team were simply wasting hours conducting interviews that did not yield the desired results. For us, the foremost criteria was to find a recruitment partner who could tick all the right boxes.”

About UFT/QTP Test for Pre-employment testing

QTP (Quick Test Professional) now known as HP Unified Functional Testing (UFT) is a software testing tool from Hewlett-Packard used to test the software applications by developing the automation of functional and regression test. QTP features a graphical user interface and supports keyword, VB scripting interfaces by the virtue of which a test procedure, manipulation of objects and controls of the application can be defined.

The QTP test has been designed and developed to help employers and recruiters evaluate the QTP skills of candidates. The QTP test enables employers and recruiters to identify potential hires by evaluating working skills and job readiness. For this reason, an emphasis is laid upon evaluating the knowledge of applied skills gained through real work experience, rather than theoretical knowledge.

Using powerful reporting, you will have a detailed analysis of test results to help you make better decisions and predict candidate and employee success.

The QTP test may contain MCQ's (Multiple Choice Questions), MAQ's (Multiple Answer Questions), Fill in the Blanks, Descriptive, Whiteboard Questions, Audio / Video Questions, LogicBox (AI-based Pseudo-Coding Platform), Coding Simulations, True or False Questions, etc.
